“Awareness” = being “Without Thoughts” In order to experience “pure Awareness“ we have to completely quiet our thinking. By doing so, our self will transform into a purely conscious state, which has no ego or individual identity. I believe that it takes the mastery of self-awareness and an open heart to accelerate into a state of pure awareness.
Deepak Chopra says about the simplest state of awareness:
“When the human organism is discharging its negative experience efficiently, the mind is empty of the past or future concerns; there is no worry, anticipation, or regret. This means that the mind is left open to being. The simplest state of awareness”

Many people these days do not find the time to self-reflect. To take the time to find out about our true values, strengths, weaknesses and habits. To really experience who we are takes time, devotion and patience.
Being Self-Aware means being in the moment; paying attention to your physical movements and your senses (hear, see, taste, smell and touch).
When you are Self- Aware you chose your thoughts, rather than having an assembly line with uncountable, indefinable thoughts running 24 hours 7 days a week – nonstop through your conscious mind.
Daily, thousands of thoughts, that we do not notice, flow through our subconscious. Those thoughts we do not hear, gear our life. In other words, everything you experience in your life is predominately the sum of your subconscious thoughts.
In my first post “Have you ever set a goal and did not receive what you were reaching for?” I spoke a little about how our subconscious mind which is programmed in our early years of life works. I mentioned that not only the meaning of words is programmed in our subconscious, but also the sound of those.
Sound is very powerful and should not being underestimated.
Listen to people how they communicate with each other. Solely, listen to the sound of their voices. What you hear translates immediately into a feeling within you: comfortable, happy, sad, serious, funny….
Then listen to the words. Quiet often you will recognize that the words have a different meaning than the sound made you feel. The meaning of the spoken words, can be kind and friendly, but the sound of how those words are pronounced might trigger the opposite, maybe a feeling of sadness or even darker than that. The same applies if serious, or unkind words are spoken, the sound can give a totally different feeling.
Every sound triggers an emotion.
So what is more powerful, the word or the sound of it?
I believe it is the sound. The sound puts the word into a positive or negative vibration. The subconscious mind perceives the vibrations of our 5 senses (hear, see, taste, smell, touch) as a feeling. “Feeling” is our 6th sense and what we feel, we think and “thought” is our 7th sense.
A person that is fully self-aware lives in the present moment and can balance the inward thoughts with the outward experiences and interaction with others. Then we can extent our conscious spiritually, globally and cosmically.
If your life has negative aspects and holds you back from the life you desire, you have to gear into a positive state of mind.
How do you do it? The first step ist to say “Yes” to yourself! Say “Yes” to your life! The more you say “Yes” the faster the No’s that are imprinted in your subconscious will vanish!
“Yes” is positive! “Yes” you are beautiful, “Yes” you are talented, “Yes” you are confident, “Yes” you can do the work that fulfills you and makes you happy, “Yes”, there is love for you, “Yes”……..
How we “feel”, influences our “thoughts” and how we predominately think ultimately creates our life.
I would like to share with you some words

Watch your thoughts; they become your words,
Watch your words, they become your action
Watch your action, they become your character
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny

These days there are countless methods and information available on of how to remove subconscious blocks. Each person should decide for themselves which option feels right to start their individual personal subconscious clean up.
My belief is that “Forgiveness” has to be the first step in the clean up to remove blocks from the subconscious and conscious mind.
Why? Because every anger, resentment, pain and fear is very powerful. It holds each of us hostage from being our true self and sabotages us to manifest our dreams.
In school we learned that energy cannot be created or destroyed. It just changes form. Energy is the very foundation of everything. Science proved that everything is made of atoms. Atoms are built from protons, neutrons and electrons which spin away. This equals light and energy. And this “Light Energy” relationship is believed to be “Pure Thought”. Both, Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison expressed that the brain is a transmitter and a receiver of energy. Therefore, if everything is made of “Thought” (Light + Energy), then nothing else but thought creates the reality.
The concept of the law of attraction suggests that you are the creator of your life and all circumstances. You create your life by choosing your thoughts, beliefs, words, actions, habits….. It is your decision, your choice, your power to get into the driver’s seat and to direct the energy where you want it to go.
For some reason, most people hold some anger towards another person. It does not matter if this hurt stems from a very serious issue like physical or emotional abuse or a less painful issue. The fact is that the feeling is real and nerve-racking and can continue to grow over many years.
I believe that holding on to such pain and anger will only hurt you, but not the person who caused your pain.
To forgive someone takes a lot of courage, love and strength. To forgive does not mean that the wrongs against you made right. It does not mean that you should socialize with the person who had hurt you. But you can find a place within you where you can wish for the situation and those involved to be healed. If you can do that, you will be surprised, because you will feel that you begin to heal yourself and that you are taking your power back.
How can we learn to forgive?
Perhaps you want to make a list of all the people that you hold resentment against, those you are angry with, and those that had hurt you. Write down your feelings.
Ask yourself:
What did I learn from this about myself?
What did I learn about my strength?
What did I learn about my weakness?
What good came out of this experience?
What do I have to lose if I forgive?
What do I have to gain?
Imagine how you will feel without the pain, the heavy weight on your heart? How your life can change for the better when you forgive.
Remember, whatever the guilty party did to you must be history, before you can reclaim your life, heal and begin to manifest your dreams.
Focus on love, kindness and compassion. If you truly can forgive you will set yourself free.
There is a poem; I would like to share with you. It is one of my oldest daughter favorites.
Happiness Is A Journey…..
by Father Alfred D’Souza
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
Dance as though no one is watching you.
Love as though you have never been hurt before.
Sing as though no one can hear you.
Love as though heaven is earth.

A big part of the human’s nature is desire. Each of us has dreams. Some of these wishes are: wealth, being fit, having the perfect love relationship, traveling the world, being famous…….
Perhaps you already tried many things to reach your goals. You read many books, used affirmations, created a vision board and tried endless other methods, but your life has changed only a little or not at all. Why is that? Are all those fabulous methods a hoax? Of course not! So what is it that holds you back to finally live the life you desire?
Perhaps the answer can be found in your childhood.
Everything in our universe sends vibrations and pulses and so does our brain. The pulse of the brain can actually be measured in the same way as sound; which is measured in cycles per seconds called Hertz.
At birth, when we entered this world, our brain is in the sleepy state predominated by Delta waves. But once we reach the age of 2, the brainwaves become more active, increase and accelerate into the Theta state. We remain in this state until approximately until the age of 6. This is the world of imagination. During this time we absorb and believe everything what we hear, see and feel. Those first chapters in the book of your life are written by the people that surrounded us during this period. We absorb everything positive and negative. That information is stored deeply in our subconscious mind. In other words: if life at the time of your birth would be an empty disk, then the first recordings are the positive and negative things you hear, see and feel from the people that surround you.
Words are very powerful. From the positive sounds and experiences we will benefit, but the negative ones will block you to achieve.
Perhaps you heard phrases like “in order to make a lot of money you need to have a lot of money”; “you need to work hard for your money to earn and deserve it”; “no men are really committed to one woman” or “women are only sweet and pretty until they get married”; you might have heard hurting words like, being clumsy, worthless, ugly, to fat or to thin…. Everything negative that your parents or people around you expressed, is imprinted in your subconscious mind and runs on auto pilot 24 hours, day and night, nonstop. That fact hinders you to achieve your goals.
In order to manifest your own wishes, dreams and believes you have to erase those negative imprints from the book or disk of your life. Then you will not only be able to write or download your dreams, but also you will be able to live it.
Take a moment and try to remember what you heard, saw and felt when you were little.
Remember not only the words, but also the sounds how words were spoken in your home.
I’m sure you can re-feel the atmosphere. Try to recall as much as you can and write it on paper.
Sometimes conversations with your parents, grandparents, siblings and other people that have been a part of your early life can shed some light on a time we do not remember.
Please do not blame your parents or others for the negative things that have influenced you. Remember that no one is perfect and that most of the time each of us tries the best we can.
